AMBASSADOR STRATEGY

Our alignment and support for cause-based apparel brand Ivory Ella extended across a full-spectrum of marketing and brand strategy services including go-to-market, advertising, public relations, and ambassador management. We served as an extension of the internal marketing department, from digital marketing agency RFP selection and long-term, campaign-based strategies to driving a shift to support an ongoing stream of product releases and ultimately developing their overarching 2020 marketing plan. Managing media planning and buying, we brought a previously all-digital brand to life on new channels and among new audiences.

Our dedicated team launched the first internal ambassador program for cause-based apparel brand Ivory Ella, targeting their Gen-Z audience by focusing on college students to increase brand awareness and help spread their mission to save the elephants. Our objectives were to showcase diversity, capture user generated content, drive engagement and sales, and gain a deeper understanding of the Ivory Ella core consumer base through direct relationships and authentic interaction. 

The college brand ambassador program resulted in increased brand engagement and online sales, valuable UGC assets and landed recognition by Business Insider as a β€œtop fashion and beauty brand ambassador program for influencers on Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.”

Additionally, we provided project management services for all trade show and consumer event activations, executed targeted public relations campaigns around seasonal collection launches, and managed the opening of their flagship store in Mystic, CT.
