DIVERSITY, EQUITY, + INCLUSION

Our ongoing work with the historic leader in the mountain-culture space and their umbrella of brands has included a vast range of marketing strategy and support to develop a narrative that would usher in a new era of relevance for ski and snow, identify relevant and influential ambassadors, and consult on creative development for product and brand-marketing messaging and tactics. Our efforts in marketing strategy shaped the storylines and visual directions for three videos productions in support of the establishment of a state of the art Development Center, the launch of their revolutionary new ski boots, and an overhaul of their Women's Alliance program.

Outdoor brands and organizations have more recently than ever taken a look at their internal and external structures and identified how they address and represent diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI). We kick started an ambassador program for Atlas and Tubbs Snowshoes, identifying BIPOC individuals who are champions for DEI in the outdoor space with an understanding of the importance of breaking down barriers to getting outside and enjoying the outdoors. The objectives ranged from user generated content and blog copywriting to bringing more awareness to persons of color and marginalized groups by using the brand platforms to amplify the messages and the causes they support. This also included brand partnership introductions to support social good and inclusion in the outdoors, including Outdoor Afro and The Venture Out Project.
